Forecast hours 6 and 12 just arrived and DTN is sending them at this time. This issue is resolved.

Identified

Due to ongoing issues at NOAA, there is a delay in the 12 AUG 1200Z icing GRIB files. We are awaiting forecast hours 6 and 12. DTN will send those as soon as we receive these for the data provider.
