Email messaging, Futures and Cash Bid scheduled text messages
Custom text messaging
Cash bid updates in other DTN products, including ProphetX, MyDTN, and related applications

Scheduled Messages: Messages queued during the outage were deleted and will not be sent, so no outdated information reaches your customers. Scheduled messaging is available again. Please recreate any messages you had set up.
What you need to do
Set a new password when prompted at your next sign-in. Reset only from the sign-in page. If you cannot sign in, please contact Support.
If you used the same password elsewhere, change it there and use a unique password.
DTN will never ask for your password by email or phone.
Review and update your cash bids.
Recreate any scheduled email or text messages that were previously configured.
If you use an automated connection to send bids, DTN will contact you to update its credentials.
We restore functions only after they’ve been validated, and we continue to monitor the environment closely. Our forensic investigation is ongoing, and we’ll share more as it’s confirmed. We know the impact this has had, especially at harvest, and we sincerely regret it. Thank you for your patience.

Update - AgHost and Grain Portal remain unavailable at this time. As previously disclosed, this outage is related to a security incident. Since the incident, our teams have meticulously rebuilt the entire application in a new, secure environment. That rebuild is complete and is now in final testing. We are validating each component carefully before returning it to service. Our teams are working with urgency to complete testing and bring service back as quickly as it can be done safely.
